Bay woke up feeling warm. Very warm. Her eyes opened as the sun shone through the now not shattered window. 'Darcy must have rectified the accidental magic.' Feeling slowly came back to her and she stilled. She felt pressure on her. A lot of pressure. Harrison, with his arms still wrapped securely around her, at some point in the night had rolled over completely, and Bay now lay trapped beneath him like the clutched teddy bear of a small child recovering from a nightmare.
'A nightmare.' All memories from the night flooded back to her, and after the initial wave of pain and guilt at her own actions, she remembered the joy, relief, comfort, and safety that Harrison brought her, and she smiled. He snored lightly, his head resting gently on her chest, and she chuckled. She rested a hand on his cheek and ran the other one through his hair, but stopped after a minute, fearing that he would wake up and think she was Trisha. Bay certainly didn't want that- it would hurt too much. She sighed softly; and very carefully, with a struggle, she managed to untangle herself from him and crawl out of bed.
She watched him roll over in his sleep and she crawled back up to him on the bed. Bay kissed his nose softly, and then his cheeks and forehead before finally planting a kiss on his lips. He was hers now, and she wanted to take full advantage of that. She wanted to be with him more then she had ever realized, and she couldn't believe it took her so long to figure that out.
"Harrison," she whispered softly, laying a hand on his chest, wanting to stir him awake gently, "I'm going downstairs to make breakfast, I'll wake you when it's finished." She caressed his face with back of her hand and a smile on her lips. "I love you."
Bay smoothed out Harrison's grey tshirt that she slept in and headed downstairs. She looked around the corner, hoping to avoid Darcy, who would question her about the broken glass, and tiptoed into the kitchen quietly. All was for not when Belle came bounding into the room, Mouse following her closely behind, and stopping her run too late, which in the end resulted in her body hitting the island. Bay stifled a laugh as the dog recovered like nothing had happened and took off again- Mouse enjoyed this too much. Bay turned and pulled out a Muggle frying pan.
"Good Morning Bay!" Bay startled violently and turned around with a sheepish look.
"Morning Darcy." She muttered. Darcy gave her a smile.
"I won't ask you what happened last night- with the glass. But you two should be more careful next time." She winked suggestively and Bay blushed deeply. It was obvious that Darcy was joking and had no idea how her words pushed close to home.
"Darcy!" Bay said defensively, "You know I would nev..." she trailed off in exasperation, turning her back on her blonde friend as the rosy red color deepened.
"Bay, never what?" She took a step closer to her friend. "Bay? Is there something you want I tell me?" She stood beside her best friend now, hip leaned against the counter as the girl cooked over the stove. Bay turned to Darcy suddenly.
"I'm in love with Harrison." She breathed out in a rush, slumping in relief at finally admitting it to someone other then Harrison. She watched a smirk form on Darcy's face.
"Took you this long to admit it to yourself? I think the only people who didn't know how much you loved him were you and Harrison- although everyone and their mother knew that Harrison was sweet on you." Bay didn't know how to respond to that, so she resumed her cooking of numerous foods. It seemed as though the more skillets she had going, the more she could avoid having that deep conversation with Darcy- about her denial that is.
"I really do." She whispered. "He's so nice to me." She looked up at Darcy with a smile. "And he treats me right. Like- like I'm important. I like it. His smile melts my heart- you know, when he smiles, and his blue eyes just seem to glow. And his voice rings through my ears and touches my heart. He's so funny. I remember when we were cooking dinner last week and he took me into the living room to dance. He's just wonderful. I want to have a family with him, Darcy. A real family, with kids and pets and- and everything. I've never had a full fledged family. I want babies and I want a husband I can spoil and cook for and give back massages too. I want it all." She was cooking absentmindedly and looking off to the side with a lovestruck grin and unfocused eyes. She shook her head to clear the fog and turned to Darcy, but spotted the pictures of her and Preston over the blonde's shoulder. She didn't want to betray the man, but he had done so to her- and it wasn't betrayal, it was like Harrison said, you can't betray a mere memory. She thought back to when he found out about the affair. "Harrison cares that I am treated right, and I love him."
"I know you do." Darcy smiled and rubbed Bay's shoulder. "That's why you feel comfortable enough to walk around and sleep in his shirt." She winked and ran out the door before Bay could retaliate playfully. Bay blushed, thinking she should probably put shorts on- but that's when she remembered why she had Harrison's shirt on.
"I should probably do laundry." She muttered to herself. The smell of the food had already circulated through the flat, and she wondered if it had already woken Harrison. She smiled softly to herself. Harrison.

A space opened up under Harrison and he mumbled something into the bed sheets as he curled back up. His rough, disheveled hair spread out against the sheets and he picked a pillow to be his new toy. He was dreaming about the life Bay and him would have together. Two twins running about, opening up cabinets with Harrison following closely behind shutting them all again. He was grinning from ear to ear as he swept his children up in his arms and carried them to the sofa where the 'tickle monster' came out. He'd bury his lips into their skin and give them a raspberry kiss then pull back and act dead, flopping onto the floor while they laughed until they were red in the face.
Yes, Trisha was fading into the background fast, along with his past and his old friend- his old, worthless, pitiful friend, Preston. His life was opening up with a new show, Bay being in the lead. Harrison was one happy man, one very happy man. Easing himself to stretch a little, he felt small kisses on his face, wiggling his nose in a small attempt to calm the tickling. Harrison's larger hand rose to stroke Bay's cheek as she kissed him on the lips. He was awake, somewhat, and he knew it was her.
"Bay," he groaned, curling back up in the bed comfy-like. Harrison's eyes drifted lazily open and he looked up to her as she spoke.
"Harrison," she whispered softly, laying a hand on his chest, "I'm going downstairs to make breakfast, I'll wake you when it's finished." She caressed his face with back of her hand and a smile on her lips. "I love you."
Harrison smiled and rested his forehead on hers, lifting off the bed to do so. "You're leaving?" He pouted somewhat and nodded at her as she caressed him. "Okay. I'll miss you." He croaked out hoarsely and pressed his lips to hers again before falling back down to the sheets, his eyes still open. "I love you too." He said a bit louder, watching her leave the room and head down the stairs, before slightly dozing off with a bit of tossing on the side. Harrison grumbled to himself and rose up to the side of the bed.
He couldn't fall back asleep without Bay in his arms. Scratching his head, he stood up and swayed, not being fully awake yet. He looked around to see all the windows and glass repaired from the night before when Bay exploded with her anger. His heart swelled at her passion, and he looked towards the door, wobbling over to it with a yawn. Taking the steps slowly, he came upon Bay and Darcy talking. He smiled and waited around the corner, a silent yawn escaping.
"I'm in love with Harrison." His eyes widened and he smiled, realizing that Bay had never told anyone that. His hand went to his hair and he grinned like a fool, waiting to show them the man of her conversation. But, Bay kept talking, and Darcy kept giggling. Darcy always giggled.
After Bay let it all out of her, he heard Darcy. "I know you do. That's why you feel comfortable enough to walk around and sleep in his shirt." Harrison covered his mouth to stifle a loud laugh, and he saw Darcy race out of the area, knowing good and well that Bay would have retaliated playfully.
That was his que. Looking around the corner, he noticed Bay standing at the stove, and he grinned. 'So precious.' He thought to himself, a chuckle escaping absentmindedly. He made his way over to her and observed from a closer distance. "I should probably do laundry." She muttered to herself. Harrison wrapped his arms around her from the back and rested his head in between her shoulders, closing his eyes.
"So that's where my shirt went." He rubbed her sides lightly and kissed her shoulders like she had done to him the night before. "It looks good on you." He whispered, squeezing her gently. With another big yawn, he pulled himself to her side and smiled up at her, leaning onto the counter near the stove. "What's on the menu?"

Bay jumped slightly when she felt strong arms gently wrap around her back and pressure on her back between her shoulder blades. A smile spread out on her face. This was what a couple was supposed to do. This scene right here was one of those she had imagined as a child in foster care. The mum cooking and the dad coming up behind her and just holding her while she cooked for him. Well, they weren't 'mum' and 'dad' yet, but they would be. With her free hand, she rubbed one of the arms Harrison had wrapped around her.
"I told you I would wake you when I was done." She laughed lightly. "But I'm glad you're up. I'm thinking breakfast, and then back to bed." She joked and then sighed. "I need to take Belle for a walk. She gets too hyper being stuck in the Flat, although it's a work out trying to control her on the street's; she's so huge." Bay winced and rubbed the back of her head, remembering the time that the two of them had tripped on the stairs.
"So that's where my shirt went." He rubbed her sides lightly and kissed her shoulders. Bay moved her head around as he kissed her shoulder, smiling happily. She thought about a scene like this a few years down the road, where they would either be interrupted by a crying baby, or twin toddler's would come running into the room very hungry. She pulled his arms tighter around her and muttered absentmindedly, "...can't wait." She turned her head slightly at Harrison's words.
"I can give it back if you'd like." She said, wiggling her eyebrows playfully. She cracked the last egg into the skillet and pulled the bacon onto a small plate. "Good thing Darcy isn't here." She grinned with a playful evilness.
"It looks good on you." He whispered, squeezing her gently. Bay blushed, not used to the compliments, especially ones about her body. It made her a bit self-conscious, but at the same time confident, if that were even possible. She closed her eyes at his voice.
"It looks better off of you." She turned around laying her hands on his bare chest and leaning in to kiss him. Bay still felt awkward, because of everything with her Preston issue, but she had already decided that she wanted Harrison. For Merlin's sake they already planned to have children together. She felt as if she were being too forward, and too flirty. However, it wasn't like the two just met. They had known each other for years, in a way, it was almost as if they knew each other like a couple already would, and that was why she was okay with the flirting. She hugged him, spotting another picture of her and Preston on the wall behind him. It felt so odd. Like an affair, but not one. But after seeing Harrison get so angry at the affair, she it made her confident in herself and what she deserved. So with a little bit of a, 'Suck on that boiled egg, Preston' kind of attitude, and a strong 'I deserve to be happy, and Harrison is the one that can make it happen' attitude, her arms slid from his chest to his back and she leaned in for a passionate kiss like none they had shared the previous night.
"Thank you so much for showing up last week. I don't know where I would be this week without you. I am so glad you entered my life again. You have restored my confidence, and I love you so much for that. Don't ever leave me!" She squeezed him very tight, desperately almost, as if the Universe would rip him away at anytime.
With another big yawn, Harrison pulled himself to her side and smiled up at her, leaning onto the counter near the stove. "What's on the menu?" Bay blushed at the response she wanted to give and turned away towards the cabinets, pulling plates down from the top shelf, not caring that her tshirt rode up a bit high. After a moment of stretching out for it, she returned to the stove and finished a full English breakfast.
"I figured something traditional. Something I hope to make for years to come." She smiled warmly. She yawned and ran a hand through her tangled hair. It probably looked like a mess, but that was Bay- a mess. A mess that Harrison didn't mind falling in love with. "What are you planning on doing today?" She asked she carried both their plates over to the small table they had eaten at so many times at over the past week. Bay had sat down, crossing her legs before jumping back up. "I forgot drinks." She scurried into the kitchen and pulled out small goblets, filling them with Pumpkin Juice before returning. She set the cup down in front of Harrison with a soft kiss to to the lips before returning to her seat with a smile.

As Bay rubbed his arm, he leaned further into her and groaned, feeling too sleepy for his own good. "Can we just go back to bed? Eating isn't that important." He pleaded, a smile on his lips though.
"I told you I would wake you when I was done." She laughed lightly.
Harrison shook his head against her. "But I don't want to sleep in a bed alone. I need you there or else I can't sleep."
"But I'm glad you're up. I'm thinking breakfast, and then back to bed." She joked and then sighed. Harrison frowned at the sigh. "I need to take Belle for a walk. She gets too hyper being stuck in the Flat, although it's a work out trying to control her on the street's; she's so huge."
With a hopeful breath, he spoke. "Have Darcy take Belle out while she goes to Mathius'." He suggested, resting his chin on her shoulder now. "We can eat and then get some alone time in bed." He blushed at the way it sounded. "You know, cuddling and sleeping."
Bay pulled his arms tight around her waist and he kissed her neck gently. "Can't wait? For babies? I know." He whispered, kissing the back of her ear now. "I can't wait either. I can't wait to try for kids." He teased, nipping at her earlobe gently, rotating himself so he could kiss her on the cheek.
"I can give it back if you'd like." She said, wiggling her eyebrows playfully. Harrison's breath caught and he pressed his lips to her neck again, trailing the kisses down to her exposed flesh on her shoulders. She cracked the last egg into the skillet and pulled the bacon onto a small plate. "Good thing Darcy isn't here." She grinned with a playful evilness.
His eyes lit up. "Yes, please do take it off, but I don't need it back." He grinned, rubbing her sides deeper. At the lack of Darcy, he pouted. "Well that just ruined my suggestion." He grumbled and pulled out from behind her, leaning on the counter now. "Too bad she didn't take Belle." He frowned teasingly.
"It looks better off of you." She turned around laying her hands on his bare chest and leaning in to kiss him. Harrison ran his hands through her hair and smiled, pecking her a few times quickly, then kissing the bridge of her nose.
"You little tease." He winked, squeezing her side lightly.
Harrison felt her lips on his in a passionate embrace and he returned it just as much, trailing his fingertips down her back, slipping under her shirt just lightly to tickle her, then pulling back out and away, resting on her hips now. "You're so beautiful." He pressed his lips to her forehead and hugged her tightly, swaying her from side to side.
"Thank you so much for showing up last week. I don't know where I would be this week without you. I am so glad you entered my life again. You have restored my confidence, and I love you so much for that. Don't ever leave me!" She squeezed him very tight, and he played with her hair as she spoke, his eyes meeting hers.
"You shouldn't thank me. That's what I came here for. For you. To make you happy. You make me so happy, its high-time I returned the favor." He chuckled lightly and pressed his lips to hers. "I love you too, dear. You should always have high confidence. You're too beautiful to feel bad about yourself or your situation." With her last words, he furrowed his brow. "Do you think I would ever leave you? You couldn't lose me if you tried." He smiled warmly and squeezed her to him, burrowing his face into her hair and kissing her on the head softly. "I love you too much to even joke like that."
"I figured something traditional. Something I hope to make for years to come." She smiled warmly.
Harrison lit up at her words and he pecked her on the lips quickly. "I hope you will be. Whatever you cook is amazing. The children will never want to eat out, they'll always want your food." He said, licking his lips for effect.
"What are you planning on doing today?"
Harrison shrugged his shoulders and leaned into her. "Spending the day with you, I hope." He grinned, biting his lip. Harrison followed her to the table and sat in his usual spot, a smile on his face as he looked at their breakfast. "It looks del-" He was cut off and he looked up at Bay who was already halfway across the room scurrying for drinks. He grinned at her and watched her move, her actions making him laugh and smile. She was so precious.
"Delicious." He smiled, returning her kiss, picking up his juice and sipping it eagerly.

Harrison groaned and Bay chuckled lightly. "You are still so tired." She stated, patting the back of his hand.
"Can we just go back to bed? Eating isn't that important." Bay snorted.
"Maybe not for you, but this woman is hungry. One thing you should've learned over the past week, I could always eat. Well," she amended, "maybe not eat. But I am always up for cooking."
Harrison shook his head against her and Bay smiled, wondering what his response would be. "But I don't want to sleep in a bed alone. I need you there or else I can't sleep." Bay had not been disappointed. She wanted so badly to say, 'awww', but she managed to resist. Her heart did however take off and soar out of her chest and into his. He had captured her heart- and she didn't want it back. Bay wanted him to have it.
"I have a feeling I will feel that same way if you are gone at night." She smiled and flipped her bacon. Then her eyes widened and she turned around to face him. "How long? How long will you be gone if you ever go on an Order mission, or a Death Eater mission?" Bay was suddenly panicked. It was like Preston all over again, but worse. He could be called away in the middle of the night. Her face fell and she wrapped her arms around his neck. "It's too dangerous," she said into his shoulder, "is it absolutely necessary for you?"
"We can eat and then get some alone time in bed." Bay paused and turned her head, raising an eyebrow at the man, but inside, her heart sped up. Today, tomorrow, at some point, she would be with Harrison, and she would be lying if she said, one, she couldn't wait, and two, she was scared as hell. She had been with no one but Preston. But she loved Harrison, and knew she had no reason to be worried. Harrison blushed. "You know, cuddling and sleeping." Bay giggled at his change of pace and peck him on the lips.
"I could always go for at least a cuddle." She turned around before he could see her own blush. She felt him kiss her neck and she brought a hand up to the back of his head, letting her own head lean into the kiss.
"Can't wait? For babies? I know." Harrison whispered and Bay felt him kiss the back of her ear and she closed her eyes, enjoying the feel of it. She hadn't meant to say it out loud, but she enjoyed his reaction. "I can't wait either. I can't wait to try for kids." Harrison teased, nipping at her earlobe gently, rotating himself so he could kiss her on the cheek. Bay blushed and giggled, leaning into the tingle of his kiss to her ear.
"I'm glad I'm not the only impatient one." She said, turning his head so she could plant a kiss on his lips. "So soft. I have never kissed softer." Bay whispered and went back to her cooking. Harrison kissed down to her shoulder, where his tshirt hung off and her skin was exposed. It felt so different. She hadn't been kissed in so long. She had truly forgotten how good it made her feel.
Harrison's eyes lit up. "Yes, please do take it off, but I don't need it back." She purred as he rubbed her sides like he knew she liked. Tingles ran through her body as she radiated love.
"Don't worry, it will come off in its own sweet time." She grinned, caressing his cheek with her fingertips and kissing him softly. Harrison ran his hands through her hair and her head began to tingle, which made her giggle lightly. He pecked her a few times and then kissed the bridge of her nose and she smiled widely.
"You little tease." He winked, squeezing her side lightly. That made Bay laugh. She was definitely not a tease.
"I don't have the patience for that, my Dear. You'll see. I could never tease you for long. I love you too much for that." She kissed his cheeks playfully.
As the two kissed sweetly but passionately in the kitchen, Bay smiled when Harrison's fingers trailed down her back, and her breath caught when they touched the skin beneath the fabric. Her kiss deepened as her fingertips drew wide arches onto his back, his hands now resting on her hips.
"You're so beautiful." Harrison pressed his lips to her forehead and hugged her tightly, swaying her from side to side. Bay grinned, looking up into his eyes and swaying with him.
"And you are too sweet to me Harrison Steel. I love you so much- it makes my heartache. In a good way." She pecked him on the lips.
"You shouldn't thank me."
"To bad, I'm going to." She laughed softly.
"That's what I came here for. For you. To make you happy. You make me so happy, its high-time I returned the favor. I love you too, dear. You should always have high confidence. You're too beautiful to feel bad about yourself or your situation." Bay honestly had no idea how to respond to that, so she squeezed him tight and buried her head into his chest.
"I'm glad I can make you happy. And thank you- for calling me beautiful." She blushed.
"Do you think I would ever leave you?"
"Not on purpose." She countered. "But I never thought Preston would have an affair either," she pulled back, "don't say anything- I know you would never, and that's not what I meant. I meant I don't want you to be taken away from my by your missions. There are so many thing I never thought would happen that would. I guess all I'm trying to say is, be very careful Harrison Steel. Make sure you come home to me and your children safe and sound. I don't want to raise our babies alone." She said seriously, hoping her worry would sink in.
"You couldn't lose me if you tried." He smiled warmly and Bay returned his squeeze as he buried his face into her hair and kissed her head.
"Good. I would die if something happened to you." She said seriously, returning to her stove top.
"I love you too much to even joke like that." Every time he mentioned loving her, her heart melted and died- and ten returned and fluttered away. He was so perfect, it killed her.
"I hope you will be. Whatever you cook is amazing. The children will never want to eat out, they'll always want your food." He said, licking his lips for effect. Bay laughed.
"Oh I'm sure." She rolled her eyes. "By the time they hit their teenage years, my cooking will be boring and old to them." She laughed.
"Spending the day with you, I hope." He grinned, biting his lip. Bay blushed deeply. She was having to re-get used to someone, a male, wanting to spend the day with her.
"I would very much like that." She smiled and kissed him back playfully.
"Delicious." He smiled, returning her kiss.
"I- well thank you." She said sincerely. Glad that he appreciated what she had done. They made sweet idle chit chat throughout breakfast, but to be honest, they were both pretty funny and ate quickly. Bay was heading upstairs when she stopped suddenly and turned back to Harrison.
"Oh shoot!" She snapped in exasperation. "I can't take Belle for a walk today." Bay smiled sheepishly. "No laundry. And I doubt people would appreciate me walking around like this." She grinned. "I guess you win. We get to stay in after all." Bay was suddenly laying on the bed, and she closed her eyes, enjoying the relaxing atmosphere between herself and Harrison.
"Have I told you that I love you?" She joked and she felt Belle jump up onto the bed.

"I have a feeling I will feel that same way if you are gone at night." She smiled and turned around to finish cooking. Then her eyes widened and she turned around to face him. Harrison raised his brows in a worried manner.
"How long? How long will you be gone if you ever go on an Order mission, or a Death Eater mission?" Bay was suddenly panicked. Her face fell and she wrapped her arms around his neck. "It's too dangerous," she said into his shoulder, "is it absolutely necessary for you?"
Harrison's heart broke. "Not too long. I have been with them for years now," he sighed, "they don't hold me too long overseas or anything." His hands wrapped around her and he rested his chin on her head, his eyes closing. "It is dangerous," he agreed there, "but I will not be taken from you. I will visit you all the time if I am on a mission. There are more like me, you know. I am not the only spy." He smiled down at her. "Once we are married, they will loosen their hold on me and the length of time I am required on missions." He said with a hopeful gleam in his eye. "Things will be okay, baby. I promise."
Bay blushed and giggled, leaning into the tingle of his kiss to her ear. "I'm glad I'm not the only impatient one." She said, turning his head so she could plant a kiss on his lips. "So soft. I have never kissed softer." Bay whispered and went back to her cooking.
Harrison's smile widened and he continued his kisses against her shoulder and neck. "You know what they say," he grinned, "a Metamorphagus who secretly works as a Death Eater has the softest lips."
"Don't worry, it will come off in its own sweet time." She grinned. Harrison's eyes widened and he smiled.
"And you say you don't have the patience for teasing? You just did." He chuckled, kissing her neck again, before pulling back and cuddling into her shoulders, resting his head on her back.
"And you are too sweet to me Harrison Steel. I love you so much- it makes my heartache. In a good way." She pecked him on the lips. Harrison smiled against her lips and blushed.
"You make my heart flutter, so we're even. I love you so much more, Bay Steel." He almost passed out from it- but he had said it. Bay Steel. "Sorry." He said lightly, afraid it wouldn't have his desired effect on her.
"I'm glad I can make you happy. And thank you- for calling me beautiful." She blushed.
"You make me beyond happy. And don't thank me!" He squeaked, a smile on his face. "You deserve to hear it everyday."
"Not on purpose." She countered. "But I never thought Preston would have an affair either,"
Harrison's eyes shifted instantaneously and his heart dropped. "You really think-" He was cut off and his eyes closed, tears threatening to begin welling up.
"don't say anything- I know you would never, and that's not what I meant.
Harrison heaved a sigh of relief and he calmed down, his eyes shifted back to normal, and he tightened his grip on Bay. "I am always safe. There isn't a day I don't think about coming home to my Bay- even before we got close." He smiled. Her worry made him melt a little. She cares so much for him- and he loved it. "You are always on my mind."
"Good. I would die if something happened to you." She said seriously. Harrison kissed the back of her head.
"I would not let that happen."
"Oh I'm sure." She rolled her eyes. "By the time they hit their teenage years, my cooking will be boring and old to them." She laughed.
"Well, you're probably true-" he stuck his tongue out and pressed his lips to her cheek, leaning on the counter, "but at least they'll appreciate you for a good twelve or so years." He beamed, a hopeful look in his eyes.
"I would very much like that." She smiled and kissed him back playfully. Harrison pressed his forehead against hers and pressed his lips to hers deeper.
"Then it's settled. I shall make this happen."
"Oh shoot!" She snapped in exasperation.
Harrison's head snapped up quickly. "You okay?"
"I can't take Belle for a walk today." Bay smiled sheepishly. "No laundry. And I doubt people would appreciate me walking around like this."
"Is this what I think it is? An invitation to stay in bed all day with you?" He grinned, raising his eyebrows.
She grinned. "I guess you win. We get to stay in after all."
"Yay!" Harrison let a childish squeal out and he ran up to her, picking her up and hauling her over his shoulder. He carried her up to the room and laid her on the bed, crawling up closely next to her.
"Have I told you that I love you?" She joked and as soon as he was about to crawl over her and shower her with kisses, Belle popped up and ruined it. He grumbled under his breath and leaned into press a small kiss to her cheek. The pair laid in bed for a few hours, Harrison lazily closing his eyes every now and then with her head resting on his chest.
"I love you too, darling." He purred, finding himself falling into a deep sleep.

"Not too long. I have been with them for years now, they don't hold me too long overseas or anything." Harrison's arms wrapped around Bay, and she felt his chin on her head. She rubbed her cheek on his chest.
"Yes, the Order won't, but what about the You-Know-Who? Doesn't he send you on Death Eater missions?" Bay let herself worry. Her fingers traced shapes into his back as she tried to comfort herself.
"It is dangerous, but I will not be taken from you. I will visit you all the time if I am on a mission. There are more like me, you know. I am not the only spy."
"I know that. But it will be dangerous for you to visit me while on a mission. What if someone follows you? I don't want you to be in danger, and I know you wouldn't risk that. I just want you to stay safe. No matter the cost." Bay took comfort in his smile, and she returned it weakly. She knew he was very important to the cause, and she didn't have a right to ask him to stop, no matter how deeply she wanted to. She respected what he did, but she had already lost one husband to one war. She didn't want to lose another.
"Once we are married, they will loosen their hold on me and the length of time I am required on missions. Things will be okay, baby. I promise." He seemed so sure- so hopeful. She willed her misgivings away and smiled up at him reassuringly.
"Of course they will, sweetie." She pulled away to get the bread out. Bay slipped the bread into the Muggle toaster and turned back to Harrison, her backside leaned against the counter. "I love you." She said a bit randomly, but wanting to say it all the time, and hear him say it in return.
He was kissing the back of her shoulders and neck and Bay smiled widely. Harrison was too perfect. he was just so attuned to what she liked. This was how things were supposed to be.
"You know what they say, a Metamorphagus who secretly works as a Death Eater has the softest lips." Bay's eyes had widened before he finished and her laugh rang out through the flat. Harrison Steel was too cute. She was ready for them to go out into the world and vacation. Ready to move into a permanent home with him. Where, she didn't know. But a home nonetheless. She loved him with all her heart. The sweeter he was to her, the more Preston seemed to slowly fade away.
"You make my heart flutter, so we're even. I love you so much more, Bay Steel." Bay gasped lightly, her hand frozen over the pan. Steel. She would be Bay Steel. It hadn't sunk in. She would be washed of all things Preston. Her name would no longer be Bay Forrest as it had for the past half a decade. It would be Bay Steel. She would be Harrison's. His wife, his best friend, his lover. They would be perfect- inseparable. The tears brimmed up and fell. She would be happy. Have a family. And it had finally sunken in. Finally. Bay turned around as he whispered his apology. Her head was shaking.
"Don't. Don't apologize unless you don't mean what you said, or want to take it back." She whispered, looking away. Bay forced her eyes to meet his and she looked up at him with a blurry vision. Wordlessly, she wrapped a hand around his neck to bring him down to her level so she could wrap her arms around his neck. Bay didn't even know what to say. She hoped her actions were enough for him to understand. Because the lump in her throat made speaking seemingly unbearable. She owed so much to him. For everything he had done since they had met.
"You make me beyond happy. And don't thank me! You deserve to hear it everyday." The girl blushed and caressed his face with a laugh.
"Well I'm sure you will make that happen." She would have to learn to accept all his compliments. She just wasn't used to them yet. It made her tingly and her heart flutter, swell, and then drop to her stomach. Not that she was complaining. Harrison heaved a sigh of relief and he calmed down, his eyes shifted back to normal, and he tightened his grip on Bay.
"I am always safe. There isn't a day I don't think about coming home to my Bay- even before we got close. You are always on my mind." Bay smiled widely and sincerely.
"Well you are always on my mind." She walked her fingers up his bicep and leaned up to kiss him. Her eyes fluttered close. Bay Forrest could most definitely get used to being able to kiss him whenever she wanted to. She wanted to wake him up every morning with kisses. Kisses and a back massage, because he deserved that and so much more.
Bay laughed as Harrison rushed her on t he stairs and swept her up over her shoulder, her legs flailing about as her laugh got louder. Harrison's playful nature killed her. She wanted to see it all the time. She couldn't wait until they were one big family, running around with little children. Her heart melted. She dropped to the bed and her arms sprawled out as he crawled closer to her, and her lips met his gently at first, and then grew more possessively. But of course, her mutt had ruin it. She chuckled, shaking her head as she snuggled up next to Harrison, pulling the blankets up to her neck for warmth and she fell asleep.
