Mathius Dunmore's small flat. It has one bedroom and one bathroom, along with a small kitchen. The living room/studio is right after the main entrance through a short hallway. The studio is a large, spacious area with the entire half of the room a window, along with half of the wall facing out towards the street. Inside the studio painting after painting line the walls, along with one corner of the room where a large easel sits. The entrance to the flat is up a flight of stairs towards the back of the building, where the door can be found. The window faces the street.

Two bed, self contained apartment. The Apartment Suites reflect the true essence of Cherry lane apartment complex they benefit from a separate entrance and luxurious lobby area with full reception and dedicated 24 hour concierge service offering total privacy and comfort. The Apartment Suites themselves have fitted kitchens and separate dining areas, laundry/storage room and an underground car parking facility.

The flat is a double one. Bay Forrest and Darcy Stokes have been friends since their first year of Hogwarts. Bay was a Muggle Born Slytherin and Darcy was a Muggle Born Gryffindor. Now at the tender ages of twenty-three and twenty-four, the two have bought a flat together. Well, two flats. They separately bought flats that were back to back, and through the glorious use of magic, have wielded two rooms to one. It is narrow, but spacious. It does have a small kitchenette and two small sitting areas, complete with two split level bed areas.

Home of Seff Ross and located in Hogsmeade. While the front of the building is the store Tomes and Scrolls, the back side is a small but cozy home. It is two stories, the upper one leading over top of the store part of the building and containing two bedrooms and a storage room, and the downstairs housing the kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and a master bedroom. As André has his own house Seff has the run of the place, claiming the master bedroom as his own and keeping his harp in the middle of the living room. The layout is open and quite simple. Overall the house part of the building isn't anything big, but it serves its purposes.
