"I'm sorry- handsome. And you are all mine. Always and forever. Caesar, Caesar, Caesar." She laughed. "Caesar, relax sweetie." Delphi looked up at him with a smile when he offered her his arm. "I'm not dying of thirst."
Caesar shook out his hair, making short eye contact with Alexis and offering a classy nod of his head before looking back down to Emma. "You better not be dying at all." He said seriously, a chuckle in his voice threatening to break through. Once they got their drinks, before the incident, Caesar walked Emma away from the table a bit as to not block anyone's access to it.
"Think anyone has spiked it?" Her eyes twinkled with laughter. Caesar was in mid-drink and he snorted, clasping his hand to his mouth to keep the punch from escaping.
"Not yet," he started, cleaning his mouth off slowly, "but I wouldn't put it past my sister to do something." Caesar shrugged, almost speaking in a whisper in case someone was around who would find that worthy of telling to the professors. The after party would be great- they just had to suffer through this sober state first. What would Emma be like drunk? Shuddering, he had a bad feeling about that.
"I love you more." She breathed into his ear. Her breath hot and moist. "Too good for me Caesar Harrington. Too good..."
His body was upright with chills, a wave of electricity overcoming him suddenly as she spoke into his ear. "That is impossible." He scoffed, tickling her sides lightly with his fingertips. "And Caesar Harrington is not too good for Emma Jaymesinn. It is the other way around."
With a few moments of small talk passing, Chyna and Cordelia arrived, the punch was spiked, and Caesar was looking around the room enjoying the music though you couldn't tell. Alexis had walked over to sit by another Slytherin he didn't know at all, and he sighed. She looked so lonely, and kind of sad. Pulling Emma close, he leaned down. "You know Alexis?" He raised an eyebrow, nodding in her direction if she hadn't heard of her. "I think I am going to see if she wants to dance. It isn't like me, but I feel like I could be taking a step in the... nice direction.. if I do." He sighed. "I love you, and I will be right back. She won't steal me for too long." He kissed her temple gently and made his way over to the table where she was now sitting.
Clearing his throat, Caesar raised his eyebrow attentively and nodded to Alexis. "Hello." He said gently, looking between her and the girl he hadn't met. "I'm Caesar. We've never really talked, but," he furrowed his brow, "I thought I would come introduce myself." His voice was confident but his body language was awkward. He had never been so.. confronting to someone he didn't really know, especially someone like Alexis who most definitely should've been in Slytherin. The system was flawed. "Would you like to dance?" It was an upfront question, but he thought it to be friendly. Caesar extended his right hand out in a gentlemanly way, a small smile on his lips.
Tonight was going to be the start of big of changes. Even if it took the littlest steps to get there.

David watched as the people begun to walk it and meet there various dates. Someone had shouted his name but wasn't quite sure who, not that it mattered anyway he was still here on his own. He sighed once again and drew a heart using his wand which became a floating piece of paper in the shape of said heart. A sharp movement downwards however split the heart in two and ended up on the floor.
He once again looked around hoping that someone would say something to him but he was probably just clutching at straws. The only person who had talked to him was Chyna and she was already busy with people who were more attractive than him.
Slowly David got to his feet, making sure not to hit anything with his bandaged, right hand, before beginning to walk towards the exit. It made him feel dead inside how he was seemingly the only one in Hogwarts without a date, even the ghosts got dates...

"She seems kind." Simone whispered to Aeric as the girl walked away from the group. She squeezed the boys hand.
"Now I believe you mentioned something about a dance." She winked and led the boy towards the dance floor. A crowd was dispersing and she saw her only friend in Slytherin, Chyna, wipe down her clothes. They made eye contact and she mouthed out an, 'Are you okay?' After wards, she motioned lightly with her head towards Aeric and wiggled her eyes brows, biting at her lip.
They began to head towards the dance floor and Simone ungracefully tripped, grabbing onto Aeric and pulling herself up before she fully hit the ground. She laughed as her heart sped up, even more so then usual (Aeric's fault that time) now because of her mini heart attack from the trip.
"We will never speak of this!" She whispered with a light laugh.
Once they were in a more open part of the dance floor, Simone twirled around in front of Aeric before lifting her arms and resting them over the boys shoulders. Her hips swayed to the music and she smiled, looking into Aeric's eyes.
"So tell me, sweet Aeric, what made you finally come up to me? I've only been trying to get you to notice me since at least fourth year." Her eyes twinkled and her voice rung out in laughter. The music picked up and her own body moved faster with the pace. She softly stroked the back of Aeric's neck, just below his hairline. Simone had been waiting for this moment since she saw him at the Yule ball back in the fourth year. That was when she set her sights on him. It never stopped her from being flirty, but she had always watched him from a distance.
"In case you didn't know," she said softly, "You are the best looking guy in the room." Simone rested her head on her dance partner's shoulder's not wanting him to see the blush that formed from her own words. She took a deep breath and then opened her eyes with a small laugh. She pulled back and looked at Aeric. "And you smell the best too." She giggled and leaned in for another smell. They danced until the end of the song and she grinned at the boy.
"Another? Or am I keeping you from the other ladies?" She made to pull back from him, a flirtatious smile on her face.

“Yes, she does.” Aeric replied absent mindedly, not really paying attention to anything going on in the room just then. Was he really so smitten already? Of course he was, he’d been thinking of her since he had first met her! “And yes, about that dance! I believe I asked you my sweet lady.”
He too saw Chyna and recognized her from his run the other day, they were friends now and he smiled as he passed her, feeling almost self conscious with Simone so close. Then, before he could do anything, she was tripping and grabbing him for support. He swung out his hands and grabbed her, holding her upright as she held herself up by him. “Alright, I won’t mention it.” Aeric smiled now, relaxing a bit more in the girl’s presence.
Then, they reached the dance floor and Simone’s soft hands were on his shoulders. He placed his hands gently on her waist and began to sway with her to the music, feeling like the awkward seventeen-year-old he was and hoping that Simone didn’t feel his nervousness.
Apparently, he hadn’t been the only student to be interested in another for a few years. “You’ve wanted me to notice you for three years?” Aeric was awed, shocked even, that she had been trying to get his attention just as he had been trying to get hers. Of course, he was obviously not very good at getting girls that he actually cared for to notice him. No, he was good at flirting with those ladies who he knew he would never be happy with. Then again, he had been silenced by her voice every time he tried so he supposed that he hadn’t noticed her efforts due to his own dazed mind. “Maybe because every time you spoke to me my inanity at your presence you kept me from saying anything intelligent or even hearing what you were saying. “ Aeric smiled sheepishly at that.
Aeric’s mind fogged a bit, as it had before when he met Simone, when he felt her fingers playing with the back of his neck. He continued to dance, slightly clumsy as he did. Then she called him the best looking guy in the room and he too blushed, happy that she moved her head to his shoulder where she wouldn’t see. “And you are the most beautiful in this room.” He sighed, smiling, as she leaned in one him. So he smelled good? Aeric was most definitely going to use that body wash again.
“Another? Oh please. There are no ladies I would rather dance with then you.” Aeric replied as the song came to an end. The next song began, a faster song requiring more than just swaying in one place. He reached up with his right hand, grabbing hers and spinning her around to the beat of the music. As he did he grinned, she was beautiful, even more so with her dress spinning about her.

Alexis had been sitting with Lume when Caesar, whom was a very typical Slytherin but also very attractive, walked over to the two of them. He took the liberty of introducing himself to Alexis and reluctantly asked her to dance. She knew that he was with Emma and so she hoped that Emma did not mind him coming over and doing such a thing. Having met him unofficially once or twice in passing, she smiled, "Nice to meet you. My name's Alexis and I would love to dance with you." She said as she stood up and looked back towards Lume, "I shall be right back."
She kind of felt bad leaving Lume by herself once again, but also did not want to miss the opportunity to dance with a very handsome guy. She hoped that someone would come along and ask Lume to dance. Perhaps Theo would notice Lume and ask her; depending on what Theo's mood was.

Theo had been at the party not that long and he was already tired of it; although the punch tasted great and he knew that it was Cordelia and Chyna's plan to spike the punch as he had told the two of them that he was planning a separate and more fun party for students only at the boathouse that evening. As he worked on his third cup of punch, he noticed Caesar ask Alexis to dance, leaving Lume to sit all by her self once again. Theo got up from his table and headed towards Lume; who was, in Theo's opinion, looking spectacular with her outfit and red hair that always stood out.
"Hello," Theo started to say as he approached Lume, "Name's Theo. Would you care to dance." He smiled his sweet and attractive smile in Lume's direction, hoping she would accept his dance offer.

Professor McGonnagle was having a wonderful time, so wonderfull she couldn't stop drinking this wonderful green drink. It was amazingly tasty and she just couldn't get enough. She loved watching the great hall completly full of students having a great time, dancing and carying on. There needed to be some fun due to the place being infested with death eaters. McGonnagle got up from the head table to go a mingle with the students....yes mingle. She had to quickly grab the edge of the table as she was about to fall over...you see..she has had about 15 drinks and was quite wonky. She tried again and she managed to make her way onto the dance floor. She was walking up to the students and hugging them and trying to shake her booty the way they were and she wasn't being her normal self that's for sure. She was hammerd...completely trashed!! and she was over the point of no return. She was moving so much that she started to feel nautious and she had to sit down, but she had so much to drink and was loving it even though. She ended up falling on a Ravenclaw but had to recolection to speak. She struggled very hard to get back to her seat with all of the other professor's. She managed to stumble her way back to the head table and she stopped and stared at them all like she was about to say something, but nothing ended up comming out. She just took her seat next to Snape. She reached for the pitcher on the table, then her glass and poured herself another drink ( like she really needed it). She happened to look over at Snape and smiled at him with her eyes half shut and gave him a flirtatious wave with her fingers wiggleing. McGonnagle looked at her drink after she poured it and drank it quickly, and before you could even say "Merlin's Beard" she had turned to Snape and grabbed him by his collar and pulled him tightly to her body and she kissed him..yup..tonque included. She had grabbed him so fast that his chair fell right underneath him, and his cape flew up in the air and covered them as they both fell to the floor. McGonnagle had no idea what she was doing or what she had done. All she knew is that she was on the floor with her tonque in someone's mouth, and drunk as hell. She tried to get up but she had stumbled and she hit her head on the back of her chair and was knocked out cold as she had fell to the ground. Attachments:

The truth is that she never expected to see so many people at that party. Sarah saw Severus sitting with the professors and hoped he would meet her, but he did not. She felt very lonely and out of place, even saw the Alex, the daughter of Severus and not even came to greet her. She felt abandoned, secluded and alone. Thought Hogwarts was not a place for her, even Severus was so busy that she just saw, just spent time together.
She even came to think that it would be impossible to be together. But now she was pregnant, she would have a son with him and wanted to tell it ... but tonight was not indicated. Sarah thought he was not going to get very excited about the news and this made her feel more frustrated.
She took a last sip, the cup of eggnog without alcohol until something happened that caused the music to stop and let students dance. A thud as if someone hit the ground. Sarah got up and made way among students who did not move seeing that. When she arrived, her eyes widened when saw the couple kissing on the floor of a dirty way. McGonagall grabbed Severus in a way that he could not get loose.
Sarah felt her eyes filling with tears, her throat into a knot and had pain in the belly so hard that she put her hand there. 'How could you?'. These were the only words that came from her mouth before running off the great hall crying no matter that all students look, decided to pack up and leave Hogwarts.

"Hey pretty ladies." Chyna almost choked on her drink as the voice called out from behind her cup. Her eyes narrowed slightly as she lowered the cup, swallowing hard the liquid, taking in Asher's beautiful blue eyes. And before she knew it, Asher was pressed up against her and leaning in to get a drink. Her eyes widened and she looked to her right to Cordelia. She turned back to look at Asher who had pulled back and was sipping at his drink.
"I hope you like the punch." She tapped his arm lightly a few times with her palm and smirked as she watched his face form into a disbelieving look. Her laugh came out quite softly, but loud enough for them all to hear.
He looked back down at Chyna and smirked. "You sneaky Slytherin. You absolutely breathtaking, sneaky Slytherin."
Her grin spread wide and she stepped towards Asher, leaning into his ear slowly. "You rang, beautiful?" She pulled back and winked at him before turning around and filling her third cup up. Chyna could hold her alcohol very well most nights, why should tonight be any different?
Stepping past Asher, she grabbed his hand in hers subtly and pulled him out near the dance floor and wrapped her arms around his neck. "Would you like to dance?" She winked again, already having him in her arms though. It wouldn't had made much the difference now. She scooted closer to him and rested her cheek on his chest, spotting all the couples on the dance floor now.
Caesar walked over to Alexis and they stepped out to dance, then Simone and Aeric were out. Chyna smiled to herself and closed her eyes momentarily, rested against Asher's chest as the slow song dragged on, not that she was complaining. Chyna looked up to Asher slowly and smiled, pulling back to rest at a normal distance.
"So, I heard that Theo there," she motioned her head towards him before looking back into his eyes, "is throwing an after party. I'm not saying that you have to go, but," she smiled warmly, "you'd be the life of the party."

Alexis was just stepping out on the dance floor with Caesar to dance when she heard some commotion up at the head table; and that's when she saw it, even though she didn't really want too, but she saw McGonagoll go up to Snape and grab him by the collar and plant a kiss on his lips; a quite passionate one too as it appeared to all the eyes in the Great Hall. Not really the thing Alexis wanted to witness, she turned her attention towards Caesar and the others on the dance floor, "Good grief, not really the thing I wanted to see happen but it is kind of funny to see Professor McGonagoll sloshed like this."
She then over heard Chyna tell Asher while they were dancing about a party that Theo was planning and Alexis was very interested. "An after party? Where at? This calls for some real fun, hard partying tonight," she replied, "And the more alcohol, the better."
She continued to enjoy the dance with Caesar as the song ended as she looked towards him. "Thanks for the dance," she said as she gave him a gentle kiss on the cheek, "Hope to see you and Emma at the after party."
It was then when Alexis spotted Sarah rush out of the Great Hall, crying. Alexis frowned a bit wanting to go and see what was wrong but also wanted to stay at the party. She would hopefully catch up with Sarah later or the next day if she was still around. Alexis would send her a note later too.

"And to think I took the time to look extra nice for you. I see how it is, you jerk."
Ophelia snorted at her boyfriend. "Rhye, my love, I spent a very long time getting ready for you." She put a hand at the back of his neck and leaned on her tiptoes to whisper in his ear. "The secret is to start earlier." She laughed and dropped down flat on her feet. Ophelia's head spun around as she heard someone cry out from the dance floor but stopped after taking a step, she looked back at Rhye.
"Did you see what happened?" She asked because he was facing the incident. Her eyes scanned the room. Most people were facing the girl, all but one. A Slytherin, of course, who was too busy getting a drink. After a minute or so, the girl was on her feet and walking away. She turned back to Rhye and shrugged. "Because that wasn't suspicious in the least bit." She took a sip of the punch she had gotten earlier.
"Would you like to dance?" Ophelia asked innocently, setting her cup down and taking her boyfriends hand. She turned around and her eyes landed on a Gryffindor who had entered the Great Hall. She snickered. "Babe, I think your boyfriend is looking for you." To prove her point, Asher Herring literally side-slid up to Rhye, running a hand across his back from shoulder to shoulder.
"Hey baby." Ophelia laughed at the boys words, and when he wrapped an arm around her shoulder's she leaned into him in a friendly way and wrapped her arm around his back. He was one of Rhye's best friends outside of Charles, and he always made Ophelia laugh.
"So Lia, how long did it take your pretty boy to get ready tonight?" He winked at her.
The Hufflepuff laughed and looked at Rhye. "He's got you pegged." She laughed and looked back up at Asher. "Only forever." She chuckled.
"You know why it takes him so long, right? It's because it takes him hours to look worthy enough to stand in your presence." He took a step back, taking on of her hands in his and kissing the top of it politely with a graceful bow. Ophelia had been prepared to laugh boisterously, but instead she blushed deeply, covering a cheek with her free hand that wasn't being kissed. Asher was very charming, and very classy. Any girl would be lucky to have him. But he still didn't compare to her Rhye. When Asher stood up, Ophelia noticed him looking across the room, and she grinned. Chyna Ngui. The girl who had passed out earlier. It was no secret that Asher Herring pined for the girl. Ophelia heard Rhye speak to his friend, and Asher seemed to come back to reality.
Asher looked back down at Ophelia. "If this guy," he pointed with his thumb to Rhye, "fails in dancing at least ten times with you tonight, come find me." He winked at her jokingly, and with a final smile at Rhye, he turned and walked away.
Ophelia laughed and looked at Rhye. "You heard the man. Dance with me." She grinned happily, taking his hand and pulling him out onto the dance floor near a Gryffindor couple. She wrapped her hands around Rhye's neck and pressed her body closely to his as the two danced to the fast pace. "I think you look lovely tonight. All those hours in front of the mirror paid off." She touched her lips to his softly.

"You better not be dying at all." Caesar said seriously, a chuckle in his voice threatening to break through. Delphi snorted.
"Like I could ever die when my guardian is watching over me." She referred to the term he had used after he had fought another student. "I would never let myself die and leave you behind." Her eyes pretended to search the room. "I would leave you behind to a bunch of woman lusting after you." Delphi laughed lightly- her laughs growing even more as he almost snorted his drink after she poke. That hadn't been her intention, but she certainly didn't regret it.
"Not yet, but I wouldn't put it past my sister to do something." Caesar shrugged, almost speaking in a whisper. Delphi's eyes sparkled in excitement.
"Have I ever told you how much I like your sister." She took her boyfriend's hand and pulled him out onto the dance floor where the two danced closely together.
"That is impossible." He scoffed, tickling her sides lightly with his fingertips. "And Caesar Harrington is not too good for Emma Jaymesinn. It is the other way around." Delphi blushed at her boyfriends words. He was so sweet. She loved him so much.
They danced together closely for a few songs, only pausing when a commotion was made and the drinks were spiked. "They are so clever." She chuckled. Caesar pulled Delphi close and she looked up at him.
"You know Alexis?" He raised an eyebrow, nodding in her direction if she hadn't heard of her.
Delphi smiled and nodded. "Yeah, I've heard of her. She seems super sweet! I've wanted to meet her a few times, but she always seems so unapproachable. It makes me a bit nervous." She laughed at her own silliness, shaking her head.
"I think I am going to see if she wants to dance. It isn't like me, but I feel like I could be taking a step in the... nice direction.. if I do." He sighed.
"You are the sweetest boy I know Caesar Harrington. I knew you would let your inner self slowly release itself. Cold shell on the outside, but a cute teddy-bear on the inside." She teased him with a kiss to his lips and then his nose.
"I love you, and I will be right back. She won't steal me for too long." Caesar kissed her temple gently and Delphi closed her eyes. She watched him walk towards the Gryffindor who sat with a Slytherin. With a small smile, Delphi turned and headed for the refreshments. As she approached she saw three Slytherins and a Gyffindor at the table.
Without any hesitation, the Ravenclaw approached the two Slytherin's closest her. Delphi hated the house rivalry, and saw every student as they were- as individual personalities that weren't limited to houses and colors. Every person was new personality, a new adventure. She said her hello's to the surrounding students and filled a cup up with the now spiked punch. She took a long sip and sighed in contempt. It was good, that was for sure. Her eyes scanned the room as she took a sip and her eyes landed on Luna and Cassidy. She danced her way over to them.
"Hello girls, how are you?" She smiled and took another sip. "Expecting anyone?" As Delphi talked to the two girls, she heard a commotion and looked over to see the Gryffindor Head of House stumbling around. Delphi snickered, "I guess the Scottish in her is slipping out isn't it?" But then she saw something she never thought she would ever see, and something she could have gone without seeing. The Professor locked up with Professor Snape and something happened that she couldn't see, but she saw them fall to the ground. Then something else caught her eye and she saw another adult look horrified and run from the room. Delphi looked down between Cassidy and Luna. "I am so bloody contused about what just happened." Delphi took another few sips, her number of glasses growing and she was officially buzzed, standing with a sly grin on her face.

Cordelia was laughing and talking with Chyna about what they had done when Asher walked up. Cordelia snickered as he called them both beautiful, but only looked at Chyna. Yeah, he was a Gryffindor, but to hell with that. Chyna ought to play with him. Have a little fun. Fun was blind- it didn't see colors. Besides, it was a challenge that should prove fun for Chyna, and Cordelia encouraged it. She herself was in love with a man that by her families rules she could never be with. He was a half-vampire and she was already betrothed. But after a pretty serious conversation, and a close and interesting encounter with the Giant Squid, Cordelia was prepared to fight for the man she wanted, even if it meant defying her parents. Cordelia gulped- even if it meant killing the man she was promised to.
The Slytherin was deep in thought when she was goosed in the lower back, her cup of green punch shot forward and with a quickly muttered wandless spell the liquid never made it to the ground. She smirked at her reflexes. Cordelia heard a stifled laugh come form her best friend and the love of her life. She turned around to stare into Iven Jenker's beautiful eyes.
"Hey." He said quietly, uncovering his mouth to show a sneaky little smirk. Reaching around her as she turned around, he enclosed on her personal space to dip his cup into the bowl and fill it up, bringing it back to his lips to sip at it slowly, his eyes on hers.
Cordelia smiled warmly, she wanted nothing more then to wrap her arms around his neck and kiss him. But she was in a room full of other people, and she couldn't let word get back to her parents that she was getting too close to another guy that she wasn't betrothed too.
"Well hello my dear." She said in a low voice. Cordelia discreetly took Iven's hand and with a final nod in Chyna's direction, she led Iven to the door. "I'm bored with this part." She confessed to him. "Let's go have a party of our own." She looked up to him with a wink and wiggled her eyebrows suggestively. Maybe they would go hit up the after party Theo was planning. It was really a spot where most couples would go to get drunk and then head out for a "party of their own" anyways, and Cordelia almost felt like skipping that stop and heading straight off to a personal party- one where herself and Iven where the guests of honor.

Simone blushed with a smile as he called her sweet lady and she laughed when he promised not to mention her trip She was a very clumsy lady, and she hoped he was prepared to catch her on more then one occasion if they continued seeing each other, and Simone had a good feeling that they would. Simone closed her eyes and hummed softly as Aerics hands rested gently on her delicate waist. Her body moved close to his naturally as they danced and she continued to breath in his soft and unique scent. Simone thought that she should be nervous around the boy, but she wasn't. The two of them dancing just felt right. She tickled the side of his neck with the tip of her fingers.
"You are just too cute." She said to him softly. "I am so glad you came over to talk to me. I came in here not knowing what to expect. Dateless and a bit alone. Now I have you, and I'm not so alone. My night has just gotten so much better." Simone smiled and boldly leaned up to press a kiss to his cheek. "Thank you."
"Three years." She nodded in confirmation as he explained himself. Simone chuckled at his words, but then cocked her head to the side with a smile. "Inanity?" Simone wasn't a stupid girl, but that didn't mean some things just went right over her head. She giggled lightly. "It sounds like the word insanity." She buried her head into his chest and sighed happily. Simone moved her hands from around his neck to around his chest, where she leaned back to look into his soft eyes. "I've always wanted to tell you that I loved you eyes, but every time I tried to I would either get nervous, or you would clam up and I wouldn't get a response." She smiled up at him. "I certainly hope that isn't the case tonight." She batted her eyes, wondering what effect it would have on the boy who was dancing with her. Aeric- the drop dead gorgeous Gryffindor. The one every girl wanted the chance to dance with. A girl who was staring at them caught her eye and she smirked, running a hand up his back possessively, letting the girl no that if she approached them, she better be prepared for a fight.
"Aw stop it." She hit his shoulder playfully. "You are making me blush!" Simone smiled and buried her head into his chest, her forehead nuzzling into the side of his neck. "Thank you." She said confidently. "I only spent hours trying to look beautiful for a dance I hadn't a date to." Pulling back to stare into his eyes again, she could stare at them forever, she said, "I guess it was all worth it though, wasn't it? I finally captured Aeric Calemund's glorious attention." She smiled widely and her eyes seemed to disappear, her laugh lines expanding.
Aeric asked for another dance, one which she gladly accepted. In fact, they danced for a few more songs, getting a few drinks in between. Simone didn't know about Aeric, but she sure as hell was buzzed. She was grinning and laughing, hanging all over Aeric's neck.
"So baby, what do you say we hit up that after party I heard about?" She laughed into his ear and pulled back some. "I think it will be fun." Simone winked and made like she was about to kiss him, but at the last moment she shifted upward and kissed him on the nose flirtatiously.
Simone backed away from Aeric, letting their hands expand between them before finally letting go. She turned around and headed towards the doors to the Great Hall before finally she turned back to Aeric. She winked and motioned with a finger for him to follow. Once he joined her, they headed for the Boathouse together. Simone greatly anticipated the nights outcome.

Asher's eyes widened as the love of his life (she just didn't know it yet) choked on her drink. "You are supposed to drink the liquid Chyna, not inhale it!" He grinned, taking a sip of the spiked punch. Boy was he going to get drunk tonight. He turned his head to look back at Rhye and Ophelia. Rhye was sipping on a cup, and he wondered rather or not it was the spiked or unspiked version. He grinned. It didn't matter. Asher Herring was going to see his best friend drunk.
"I hope you like the punch." Chyna tapped his arm lightly a few times with her palm and smirked as she watched his face form into a disbelieving look. Her laugh came out quite softly, but loud enough for them all to hear. Asher grinned, he just loved the sound of her voice- her laugh. Oh how many times he had said something stupid or funny- purposefully made a fool out of himself, just to hear her laugh.
"Your laugh is beautiful." He said mesmerized. Asher saw Iven and smiled in his direction. "Hello fellow male." He laughed at his silliness. He had already had a little to drink before he arrived, which probably had something to do with the way he was acting. His eyes widened as Chyna leaned into him.
"You rang, beautiful?" Chyna pulled back and winked at him before turning around and filling her third cup up. His body shuddered at her proximity, her breath rolling off of his skin. Typical Chyna. She was a flirtatious tease. She always did this. Some days she was flirty and others she banished him from her presence. But no matter what, Asher tried again. And today he seemed to have caught her in a good mood. He smirked.
"My heart always call out to yours." He said in complete seriousness, but a smile on his face. Suddenly he was being pulled out to the dance floor by Chyna, her arms wrapped around his neck and he closed his eyes, resting his forehead against hers. She asked him to dance.
"Always. I always want to be with you." He whispered sweetly. She leaned in and rested her cheek om his chest. This was the closest he had ever been to Chyna, and he liked it very much. His hand wound around her lower back and he pulled her tightly against him. "You are so beautiful tonight. You shine while the others slink back into darkness. I hope you know that." He kissed her temple modestly. Asher pulled back with a smile and spun her around a few times at the appropriate time with the music.
"So, I heard that Theo there," she motioned her head towards him before looking back into his eyes, "is throwing an after party. I'm not saying that you have to go, but, you'd be the life of the party." Asher chuckled.
"Sweet girl, I am the life of every party." He laughed and picked her up by the waist, spinning them around. "And you are always under the spotlight as all the attention is on you- as it should be." He grinned, kissing her forehead. "I will most definitely be at that party." He winked at the beautiful girl dancing in his arms.
