The Manor itself is old. It does look its age and that is part of its charm. At least that is it's owners point of view. The manor is three stories not including the basement. The home sits on 200 acres of land which is farm land. Crispin has many hired hands to run the farm for him. They fear him slightly and are aware of the rumor of him being a vampire. However they do not want to risk their jobs and therefore the large wages he pays them. The manor has seven large bedrooms, a large castle like dinning room, a large kitchen, four and a half bathrooms, a wine cellar, a library, an office, and a sitting room as well as a living room. The walls inside are stone and the rooms are richly furnished.

Château De Les Alexendres is a very large vineyard in Avignon, France owned by Nico Alexendre & Sophie Alexendre. It covers a large amount of land kept by gardeners and the two themselves. It features three fields: one for almonds, one for apples, and one for grapes. They all harvest around the same time, and the weather is perfect in France, so when in bloom, the place is breathtaking. Tourists visit during the harvest season to taste the wine, and walk through the orchards. Nico and Sophie entertain many guests within their home. It is comparable to a castle. It must be big because it produces so much wine and in the fact that it houses a wealthy family, one of which includes Rhye Alexendre, a student at Hogwarts. The place is vacant despite Nico and Sophie, and the workers who do show up usually leave without any disturbances. It's kept by a staff of ten. Three of the ten tend to the house only on the weekends, while the other seven work on the watering and care of the trees, pick the harvest, and take care of the land.

This lovely European home had been built back in the 1800's and rebuilt by the Riddles. After years and years of just sitting there, the nice luxurious home had been sold to the Buckley's from the Lord himself. Sitting on a beautiful three-hundred acres, it had a lovely flower garden, outdoor/indoor pool, and a lovely clear pond. On the inside of this 4.3 million dollar mansion it nothing better than a ball room for dances, parties, or anything you have an idea for. The kitchen is very spacious fitting, two stoves, two fridges, a giant freezer, one sink, plenty of cupboard and counter space, and a microwave. Leaving that, you come to the main entrance of the house. Its is very open, showing you the double staircase to the second floor. Above the entrance hangs a lovely, diamond chandelier that was handed down to the Buckley's from Voldemort. All of the bedroom, are mostly upstairs along with a few guest rooms and company rooms. Downstairs is the family room, and pool room. The family room is also extremely spacious. The dinning room is full of antique furniture, along with the family room. In the fall, they have plenty of land for hunting, exploring, etc.

Built in 1909 the mansion is loosely modeled after Le Petit Trianon, the beloved home and gardens of Queen Marie Antoinette. It has a courtyard, garden, Green House, an iron gate at the end of the drive, Servant's Wing, horse stables, a Reflecting Pool with a fountain, the Sunken Garden and across is the Temple Of Love. It has many flower arrangements and plush grass.

A large, beautiful Tudor mansion located somewhere in the countryside of England, perhaps even close to bordering Wales, the Andreas Manor has stood tall and proud for centuries, never looming and always with a welcoming look around it, though sometimes that changes depending on who inhabits it, as the Andreas family has never once been normal, even in past generations, as members of the pureblood Andreas family seem to be spread all over instead of being limited to one singular Hogwarts House. Built sometime during the Tudor reign, the house features multiple floors and bedrooms as well as a beautiful, traditional English garden and a small fountain in the front. Behind it is a relatively small lake, and the entire property is boxed in by large green trees. Though past and present occupants have considered rebuilding it so that it looks more like the manors of traditional pureblood families, the decision to let it remain as is has always been reached, as many members of the family take pride in its appearance. It is strongly warded with very powerful spells. The current occupants includes former Ravenclaw Paris Uriel Andreas, the blood heir, and his Gryffindor wife Helia Savvos Andreas, along with their sons Azarias Sebastianos, a graduate of the Slytherin house and Charon Iason, currently in Ravenclaw.

Elegant three story white Victorian manor, home to Sandra, Daniel, Daphne, and Astoria Greengrass. Contains an entrance hall, parlor, dining hall, library, private studies, five guest bedrooms and three private ones, portrait hall, ballroom, music room, attic, basement, and a few secret passageways and towers. Gardens and lawns stretch out crisp and green where the sisters go to play with pets and for general recreation. Notable features: Laurel and willow trees, green tapestries, known to gleam like moonbeams at night.

This house is very large. Four bedrooms, two and half bathrooms. full kitchen, living room, privet study that has been turned into a lounge by Ellie's godfather, tall walls, a box window sits directly in the living room. giving you a beautiful view of the ocean next door. On the outside there is a crescent shaped drive way, a couple trees. and a rather large and in bloom flower garden. All of this property sits a couple feet from the ocean. Cavanugh Villa has been pasted down from father to child over the centuries and is now completely Ellie's.

A beautiful mansion that has been around for a long time. Before the Edwards bought it, it was home to another old pureblood family. The manor host tons of rooms and even hidden rooms and secret passageways, on the out side there is a garden, a maze, and a pool. There are four main bedrooms each with their own living area, a walk in closet, and bathroom. They are each located in different wings. There are also smaller guest rooms scattered throughout the house. Out back there is a stable, housing the families 5 horses. Back on the inside there is also a library, with tons of books on dark arts and such.The current residents are Aaron and Elizabeth Edwards, along with their son Jt.
