No New Posts THE SQUAT

The Squat is basically an empty house which David found while walking the streets of London. The house can only be seen by Wizards after many protection charms by David. On the first floor there is a small bathroom with a working toilet and sink, which only runs cold water. Downstairs there is a bath which David usually fills with cold water before heating it up using magic. The kitchen contains a sink and a broken freezer so keeping food frozen is out of the question, there is a living room but the only thing in there is a battered sofa. Upstairs in the one bedroom is a single bed and a bed side table, the room also has the luxury of a locking door with a window which has been barred and there is even curtains!

Simple detached cottage, with three bedrooms a bath and shower room upstairs, living room, den and walk through kitchen down stairs. The earlier house on this site was called Vauncies after John Vauncey who had a messuage here in 1344. It changed hands fairly regularly until 1570 when Anthony Padnall became the tenant. The Parish Register gives two instances of babies born there; ‘a nurst child out of Anthony Padnel’s house’ and ‘a strange child, her mother lay in Antony Padnals’. Was this an early maternity hospital? The present house was converted from a non-domestic building using re-used timber and is therefore impossible to date. Its later tenants include John Grocer, a linen-weaver who died in 1676 leaving the house to Stephen Windout whose sister Hannah was to ‘have the parlor and parlor chamber for herself, her husband and company. Also access to the yard to fetch water from the pond, to hang linen and set wood and to have half the fruit from the new orchard on the east side of the house’. Samuel Darkangel, a tailor and great great grandfather became the tenant in 1695 who on passing, passed it down the family now it belongs to Jenna.

Home of Fenrir and Locke. The house is actually one floor plus a large attic that runs the length of the house. The outside and the inside is grey stone. It almost resembles a cave from inside. However, the house is tastefully furnished and dark leather and wood. There are many windows but Fenrir keeps them covered most of the time. There are four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining room, and family room. The outside is completely fenced in by a tall iron fence. There is a lot of green grass and trees and flower bushes. Fenrir also has potted vegetable plants as well.

No New Posts THE BURROW

It was likely an old farmhouse once, but it looks like several rickety floors have been added over the years. There are six bedrooms in the house and six stories, plus an attic. There are rickety stairs leading the whole way up. A very overrun garden is on the ouside of the home, filled with Gnomes and chickens. The garden is surrounded by an old fence, and there are several Flutterby bushes that were placed for Bill and Fleur's wedding. A small pond filled with frogs is in the garden. A ways away, the Weasleys have an orchard. The orchard is surrounded by trees, hiding the small Quidditch pitch from nearby muggles. Off the garden, there is a broom tshed that holds the family's brooms. The garage is filled with old muggle items. There is a chicken coop in the back yard.
Inside, the kitchen is alive with magic, and can just barely hold eight people. Fred and George set off fireworks in here once. It is still rather cramped. The sitting room is shabby but cozy, with a sagging armchair and a comfy couch. On the first floor is Ginny and Bill's room. Bill shares with Charlie when he visits. The second floor holds Percy and the twins' bedrooms. On the third floor is a bathroom. On the fourth floor is the master bedroom which Arthur and Molly sleep in. The fifth floor holds Ron's bedroom.

Spinner' s end ; Snape's home contains a sitting room which has "the feeling of a dark, padded cell," furnished with threadbare furniture, a dim candle-lit lamp hanging from the ceiling, and walls covered in books. The house stands at least two stories high, as a hidden door set in the wall of books reveals a narrow, ascending staircase.

This was Harrison's home in London before he and his family moved to Australia. Once Harrison finished School, he moved back to England where he re-purchased his house. It was in good condition but he's made it his own personal home and he takes after it. Though he rarely is ever home because of his job, he stops by and makes sure everything in intact, like the flowers, and to dust it off. His house is on a four acres of land in the outside country of England. There is a small creek that runs through the backyard, and its a few miles from town. It's fenced in with a wide, open backyard.
