Not a great distace form Hogwarts, Diagon Alley & Hogsmeade, the moon was only a half moon, but even with it raise there was enough light for the figured to see as they wandered the paths, they appeared to be looking for something. But, if this was true or even who it would be was left to be sceen. Turning up a path, they remained watchful the hood of their cloak was low, but as they came to an area they stopped before lowing the hood.
In doing so you could see it was Rigoletto Carillon-Dra though this time he was not wearing his mask the their where scares on the one side of his face & that side as also paler then the other a bit, but it was true without the mask he did not gain as much attention from people at least to the few that had gotten use to his face from under the mask, though he would still were his mask at times.
His cloak swished behind him, as he turned to leave the area he was, always keeping alert about the sounds & smells around him, which humans could not hear or smell at least not as well anyway. His eyes watched for any sign of danger, he wanted to ensure he did not get supprised. He walked on when he sinced somthing, it was not the best feeling he had it was more somthing was wrong very wrong, he was quick to place his mask on with on hand, the mask would stay in place becouse of a spell until he removed it. His second hand moved for his wand, the feeling only grew & with it put him on edge & more aleart to what kind of danger or threat that could put, his sences in such a state.

Tom was thinking. Normally he was more than able to do all of his planning in the security of his own home but tonight, he needed to get out and clear his head. The snake was with him of course. Not directly at his side but near by. He could hear the long body moving through the long grass and the leaves. It was hunting and that was fine by Tom.
They were in the forest near Tom's manner. The moon was high in the sky and there was a light breeze in the air. Tom did not know why he did not do this more often. It was pleasurable enough. And the manor was far enough from public that he id not really have to worry about being interrupted. If he ever was, the other party would be greatly sorry. His wand rested against his hip inside his cloak and was easily assessable.
Tom wore the hood of his cloak up over his head as he walked. He was lost in his own thoughts when the footsteps of another reached his ears. He paused but only for a moment. Tom was not frightened in the least. His steps were the same as before. Slow and casual. Before long. The other figure came into view.

Rigoletto remained already, drawing the hood up once more it would not hinder his vision, but it might help if danger came. He had though to leave, but then to do that would likely mean turning his back something he was not so willing to do, besides having a bad experience with it he knew that what ever was coming had to becoming form in front some where so that left, that what was behind him safe or safer then other wise. He moved with stealth, as he went he made sure to cheek the area that none where around, not that he since them other wise by smell or hearing, he just wish to insure the fact there was no danger around.
At one point as he walked he could hear the faint sound of a heart beat, this made him stop to listen only to hear a second how ever because of the different rhythms of the hearts he knew it could not be from the same animal. He listened more closely, as he counted the pulses of the heart one was human he could tell, he listened for what he was sure was the second, it was harder to pick out & when he though he knew the animal in belonged to him, was unsure if he was right. After all it was odd to hear a snake heart beat, around the area of a human unless the snake was hunting, hiding or perhaps with the person, time would tell the answer to his question later.
Now he could catch the hint of a smell in the air, it was indeed human though his upper lip drew back he could not be sure of it, but he wanted to say that it was the Dark Lord the one that had cursed him, that he had been sent to finish long ago. He knew he was close do to the heart beat, his wand was at the ready if he needed it as he watched, the area around him as he went.
It did not take long for him to see the other figure, from here he knew that even with him thinking it was the Dark Lord he had to be sure, he did not want to kill an Innocent even if people would say that to take down such a man it would be worth it.

Eric needed to get away for a bit since there was so much going on inside his head. With school, his love life going sour in every way possible, and of course the stress of being a deatheater was really overwhelming him. He tried to lay down and fall asleep, but there was no way that was going to happen with everything that was going on inside of his brain.
He had no idea where he was going to go, but one thing was for sure is that he wanted to get away from the school, the school grounds, and anything that involed the school PERIOD!. Eric looked out the window to make sure that it wasn't a full moon tonight, and when he realized it wasn't he was on his way out the door.
He couldn't shake Carmen off his mind, and he thought that he would go to the Dark Lord's manor just to make sure that she was no where near that place for any reason what so ever. He also liked the forest that was around his house, as he liked forests very much and he did some of his best thinking in forests.
He walked a great distance and apparated to the manor. It was very quiet and there was no one in site when he arrived as the moon lit up the place with it's glow. Since the coast was clear eric decided to take a walk in the forest. He walked for a ways deep into the forest and he all of a sudden picked up a very familiar smell. The scent was very strong and he continued to walk and sniff, walk and sniff until he reached this familiar odour.
He folowed the trail until the scent was so strong that he knew he was close. He stopped and glared in the distance and made out a figure of a cloaked man, and then looked around and noticed there was another figure in sight. "That must be Voldemort" he thought to himself and realized that his leader was in some sort of a threat.
Eric reached into his back pocket and took out his wand very slowly and tucked himself behind a tree so he would be hidden. Eric wondered to himself of he shoud even help the dark lord out since the pain and suffereing he put Carmen and himself into, but it was his duty to protect the dark lord and because of that he must do so.Eric stepped out and pointed his wand directly at the other figure and casted "Expelliarmus" at the man, and then watched him fall onto the ground, while he ran over to the dark lord to protect him.

Rigoletto found him self taken off guard be the spell, he had been so focused on Voldy that he had not been paying attention, it took him a little to shake off the spell now he was up set more so then before, not a good place to be for the one that cast the spell since he was already hot under the caller to say because of finding Voldy. He rose to his feet, wand drawn as he cast a stunner at the two figures, he was not sure it would hit, but the fact was it was just the start of what was to come.
