For Centuries, Muggles have been having Carnivals. Rides, Junk Food, Games and Prizes. For years Magical people have seen these amusements. Have seen the attractions. But have not partook. Until now. With all that is happening, the whole wizarding community is trying to find ways to make life just a little bit easier. Beyond the town its self. Past the Shrieking Shack, is a large field. Back in the olden days, they used to have a full size quidditch pitch. Now the land is vacant. Or it was... over night, a Muggle Carnival has come to town. The work of the town residents. The carnival is open to all. It has many spells to protect from Muggles. Students and Adults alike will have fun at this new addition. The lights are bright, and sounds and music is loud. The food is rich and unhealthy. So Come One, Come all... The are Rollerocasters, Ferris Wheels, And Bumper Cars among much more. Something for everyone. You posted in the wrong place. Like the ad above says, "The Sub PLot Board is in HOGSMEADE." And there is a thread there for the Malfoy family.
Narcissa walked into the florescent light of the field. Her senses were picking up several things at one time, too many things. She would not have agreed to go if her son had not been curious. Why, she couldn't fathom. Draco had never before been one for loud and senseless atmospheres. Especially ones with Muggles. Her painted red lips curled slightly at the thought. But the war had changed them all in some way. Perhaps he needed to let go a bit. It wasn't her ideal choice for him, but it was a far better alternative than snapping from nightmares or dark memories that sometimes persisted to return.
Her blue eyes roamed from left to right, up and down, finally turning backward to meet those of her husband and son. She arched an eyebrow. Through the haze of noise and laughter, Narcissa could smell the alluring aromas of food that she'd never tasted before. Muggle cuisine was probably ill-prepared. It was a bit misleading for it to smell so delicious. Not that she'd eat much of anything here. Did Draco really expect her to indulge in food that filth handled so freely? Her gaze searched her son's expression in an attempt to read it. Well, if it was what he wanted, then perhaps.
A hint of a smirk turned up her lips and her eyes lightened slightly. Best to remain poised at all times. "Quite the spectacle, isn't it?"
