William looked down at her as she took his arm and then began walking with her as she led him along and towards a large park. " Somewhere quiet. " She told him and William nodded. He did not mind being alone with her. The less people around the less people watching them. When she stumbled, William went to catch her but a second later she was fine and he continued on.
Stepping into the park, William looked around briefly. There was no one else here. Everything sat unmoving. It was peaceful but at the same time it felt off. Parks were supposed to be brimming with life and noise. William moved with Victoria and then released her as she moved to a stone bench.
He silently agreed when he told him that she enjoyed the dark and then moved to join her and sit down. William turned slightly towards her. "Yes," He told her now. "much easier to relax and talk." he was not as idiot and was not going to try anything overly bold. He just sat there relaxing and taking her in. "So what do you Victoria?" He asked her now. "Tell me about you."

Victoria arched one of her eye brows to him. Where would she start? She didn't want to give out to many details and risk running him off. Her life was insane: A over protective father, an absent mother and messed up siblings. Kylie didn't fall into that category. She was too young to understand any of what was going on around around her. The child still couldn't pronounce her older sisters name for crying out loud.
" I love to preform. " She said. It had been ingrained into her DNA since she was a child. There was just something about being on stage, the lights on you and entertaining a auditorium of people that made her grin. She felt her lips mindlessly curling up into a smirk. She chuckled quietly. " Just something about the call of the stage. " She told him. " What about you? " She asked tipping her head to the side. Maybe she needed to work her student life into the next question. She didn't want to lead Will anywhere that might be crossing murky waters.

" I love to preform. " She said now and William nodded. He had never been one to have the urge to overreact on stage. He would much rather be the one sitting in the audience watching. William smiled when she laughed. He could definitely see her up on stage and doing a fabulous job. He had just met her and yet she seemed so animated. "Just something about the call of the stage. " She added and William nodded slightly.
When she asked " What about you? " William paused for a moment. What about him. He could not tell her the truth that was for sure. That he was a wizard that he lived in a wizard area and owned a shop that was cramped and noisy with every inch of wall covered by cages. And in these cages were not your normal cute rabbits and puppies but instead poisonous orange snails, a giant jewel-encrusted tortoise, sleek black rats that could understand humans, owls, ravens, cats of every color, Puffskeins and more... Yeah, that would go over well...
So William tried to think of what to say and the finally responded with "Well, I am a business owner. A entrepreneur. I just bought the business and it is doing well so far." He shrugged. "There is really not very much to me. I moved here from America a bit ago. I am still adjusting." He was silent now not wanting to give away anything he would be sorry for later.

Victoria studied the man as he spoke to her. She remembered him mentioning that he was from America back in the bar when she asked. Moving from anywhere was a major adjustment for anyone. Even if its down the block but Jumping across the pond? Wow. She gave him a little smile as she pulled her jacket tighter around her narrow shoulders.
Loads of businesses had gone under but only a few had been bought and flipped. Victoria could walk down the street in Diagon Alley and point out some. Her little sisters favorite was one of the ones that had been shut down. She hadn't checked to see if the pet shop had been opened again. She couldn't name many right now but she knew of a few that had been. She blinked her eye leashes a couple times. " Oh? What's your trade? " She asked him.

" Oh? What's your trade? " She asked and William faltered slightly. He had not expected her to ask about his job. He looked down for a long moment. "I...own a pet shop in London." He told her softly now. William did not want to say anything that would be turned on him later on.
Also, of course, he did not want to scare her or make her think that he was insane. William looked around now trying to think of something else to talk about. It would be easier if he knew that she was a witch but of course he could not read minds. "So,..." was all he said. William brushed long blond hair out of his face.
