Damien walked the corridor of the Headmaster's office for quite awhile before stepping up to the door. Yes, he respected Professor Snape very much so, he always had even when he had been a student at the school. But he was here to discuss some things, some things about his daughter, Alexis Snape. She had been bringing up some questions and other concerns towards Damien after classes that Damien did not feel comfortable answering before he consulted with Severus first.
She was asking about the Death Eaters and how she could gain the Dark Lord's trust, she even showed the dark mark upon her arm. Damien always was silent with these meetings and always told her to ask Professor Snape, her father, on these matters and that he did not feel comfortable discussing the matters with her. Although, he felt as though he needed to protect Alexis at the same time.
Once he came up to the door of the headmaster, so many thoughts were running through, but one in particular was, did Professor Snape know about Alexis's thoughts and thinkings about the Death Eaters and did he know that she had the dark mark. He knocked on the door and opened it slightly.
"Headmaster? Do you have a moment," Damien peeked in.

Severus heard the knock at his office door and then before he could reply, the "Headmaster? Do you have a moment," Damien peeked in. Severus sighed and then slowly lowered the hot tea he had brought to his mouth. It had been a busy and finally Severus had thought he had time for a quick break. Severus nodded slowly now. "Of course." He told the other male. Severus sat back in the high backed chair and waited. His office was light and aired. The windows were open letting in the cool October air. Severus was comfortable here.
"What is it Mr. Cromwell?" Severus asked now. Truthfully, Severus was not well. After all that had happened lately with his past and now his future...with Alexis and now Helen...Severus was tired. He was not sleeping well and was not ratting nearly as much as he should either. He had the start of dark circles under his eyes and his hand shook slightly whenever he tried to lift something.
He needed a little Relaxation and Recuperation but that was out of the question. There was too much happening here and Severus was positive that there was worse to come. He sat there now and waited for Damien to say what he had to say. And so help Alexis if this was about her acting out again. Severus was getting tired of the girl defying him.

Damien entered the office more and took a seat in the chair that was in front of the Headmaster's desk. Truthfully, Damien did not know for sure how to start off telling Severus his concerns for Alexis, for mainly a fear as to Severus would tell him that it was none of his business. But he was concerned about his students, most of them, that this was a matter that needed to be discussed, especially with the headmaster's daughter, not knowing their was another daughter.
"I am sorry to bother you Headmaster, but some things have recently been brought up to me from one of my students," he started off, "And truthfully that student is Alexis Snape. She has approached me with some issues that I feel that I need to bring up to you."
He felt as this was a good start as he got his thoughts together. Severus was a very respectable man and Damien did not want to do anything to destroy that trust and respect that they had for one another. Once he had his thoughts together, he continued. "She has came to me on several occasions asking about the death eaters and how to gain the trust of Voldemort, and I expect you know about the dark mark upon her left arm, as she told me, she followed suit when Draco got his."

"And truthfully that student is Alexis Snape. She has approached me with some issues that I feel that I need to bring up to you." Severus sighed now. He had known all along that this would involve his daughter. Severus closed his eyes and took a deep breath. What was he going to do with this child?
"She has came to me on several occasions asking about the death eaters and how to gain the trust of Voldemort, and I expect you know about the dark mark upon her left arm, as she told me, she followed suit when Draco got his." Damien went on. Severus' eyes snapped open again. The dark mark. She had not come to him before she had pledged herself to the dark lord.
He knew about the dark mark yes, but he had only found out about it after the mark was already there. Severus' eyes grew dark as anger washed over him. "You are not to talk to her about this ever again." Severus growled. "She should be going to you about this. This is for me to handle. I am her father." His voice was rough and cold. What was Alexis thinking? Severus snarled in anger and the lack of understanding.

Damien could see the anger and upset in Severus' eyes, which he did not mean to bring up such a topic that would anger him. Of course, Damien had not had a conversation with Alexis at all about this matter, but that she needed to go discuss things with her father. He also knew that something had been going on with Alexis, for she seemed to be isolating herself a lot and acting out more, but that was another subject all together. He was just happy to see her homework done on time and she was hardly late for classes, at least Dark Arts, in fact, she was always early.
He nodded in Severus' direction as he spoke to Damien. "Believe me Headmaster, I have not even begun to strike up a conversation with her. All I told her is she really needed to speak with you, for I was the wrong person to discuss these matters with," he replied, "I, am, however, as a Professor and a friend, concerned about her isolating herself more and acting out more. I am sure you have seen it as well."

Severus thought the girl was foolish for wanting to join the Dark Lord so badly.
He did not understand what the fascination with all of this was. Severus wanted out. And she wanted in. Severus looked at Damien now. "I am aware of the change in her behavior." He said now. "She thinks that she would be better at the Dark Lord's side. She does not understand the risks involved." Severus was careful not to insult the Dark Lord. No deatheater could completely trust another. There would always be the chance to stab another in the back to get ahead. That was something else Severus did not want Alexis to learn the hard way.
