Whispered Thoughts (David)

The idea had been manifesting itself IN David's head for many weeks maybe even months. As many of you may know David's head isn't exactly the most sane place in the wizarding world but this idea actually made sense.

Slowly he turned his head to Cassie with a smile before opening his mouth and releasing the enigmatic plan:

"Let's leave, just leave Hogwarts. If Harry, Hermione and Ron can do it then what's stopping us. A new start, a way to escape the madness and feudality which is beginning to show in this school..."

His mind went back to Emma and what he had said to her, she would most likely say it to Caesar and then David would be in deep crap. It was good to say that he was quite scared but he could handle Caesar, he was a pro wrestler first which ment he knew some legitimate holds.

"Yeah come on let's go!"

David got to his feet and extended his hand to Cassie with a smile on his face. The idea wasn't foolproof but it was a way to escape all these problems or at least postpone them.

Cassidy listened and sat back against him " where would we go, I have no money and I'm only guessing you don't ether" she said and sighed then looked at him her head hung a little " I'm sorry I can't" she said softly " I have no place to go to " she moved to lean on the wall behind her nowfeeling she'd let him down by not going with him he he wanted to leave Hogwarts. " I feel I do want to go but I also know what I lose by going." she pulled up her legs to her chest and held them tight against her chest.

Slowly cassidy looked at him feeling like she had lose their friendship by not agreeing to going with him. " I'm sorry " she said in a soft low whisper. " Please don't go David , don't leave, I can't stop you if you want to go and I won't tell any one you have." she felt her panic rising slowly again at the thought of losing her friend. Cassidy felt every time she found some one good they were ripped from her so she ended up alone again.

David pulled at his hair with both hands smiling evilly. He had no idea what to do, Cassie was here but so was Caesar. No-one would help him, no-one would care if he died so why shouldn't he just go and get killed?

No reason at all, He should have gone already but no David was stuck here with the prospect of Caesar, Emma, Rhye and even Ophelia all coming for him with fire and pitchforks. He was the newest version of Frankenstein, an outcast who nobody would want around but maybe that was due to his behaviour and uncertainty.

Slowly he let go off his hair and gave Cassie a small smile.

"I'm Sorry"

And he was gone.

Cassidy sat and watched him " David?" she said but felt him pull from her and leave. " WAIT!!" she called out reaching after him but he didn't out waiting for her to ask why he was going. Now she felt every one in her life was leaving her and she had a knife in her heart that nobody could pull out. She rocked back and forth now cold and fearful again with nobody around she stood up shakily and ran out of the boat house crying as she did to any where and any place. Now she hated her life and just wanted it to end she ran till she could run no more.
