"Did I ever tell you how perfect we are? I never even realized it, but we're both Veela. My sister and I come from a long line of pureblood Veela. We will have full Veela children. The tradition will carry on to our kids and their kids." Caesar grinned happily.
By the time he had finished, Delphi's smile had faltered and vanished. Did perfect to him, mean that they were both full Veela? Or their children being born full Veela? She cleared her throat awkwardly.
"Caesar, you do know that I'm not full Veela, right?" Her heart sped up. What if he didn't know, and now he rejected her for her tainted blood. "Our children, they would still have average Witch blood in them. Their blood would be tainted with the part of mine that is tainted." She all but whispered. It's not like she would blame him. It was tradition after all. At least, she thought their kids wouldn't be Pure Blooded Veela. Perhaps in theory, but when word got out that their mother was only half Veela, would she be further isolated from his family?
"You always know how to make me weak, Emma. See, on the contrary. Emma is the most perfect name." Caesar challenged with a playful growl and leaned into her and nipped at her lower lip, sucking on it lightly before showering her jaw in kisses. The only response Delphi could muster was a low moan. He always knew her weak points. She was ticklish, and completely at his mercy when he gifted her with his lips.
He breathed out heavily with a soft moan and, against her skin, he whispered. "Yes, I am. I am the most terrible person you'll ever come across." He paused, nipping at the base of her neck sensually, whispering between hot breaths. Delphi arched into him and let out a low whimper, followed by another moan. Damn him for knowing all my weak spots.
"But you can't tell me you don't feel the same way. You know, about how practice makes perfect." Caesar leaned back to look into her eyes, a small fire rising in his.
The girl's head was too fogged up and dazed to manage a proper response. It was times like these, when his inner Veela flared, and her non Veela half dominated over her Veela half, that she felt the way most felt Witches and Wizards felt in the presence of a Veela. She wondered what would happen if that particular barrier broke, and the Veela in her matched her partners. Delphi figured that to prove her theory right, the two of them would have be much closer. And Delphi didn't think either of them were ready to get that close. Although they had gotten extremely close a time or two.
Caesar snorted against her skin, stopping his kisses, and the fog in Delphi's head seemed to dissipate.
"You're a little late there, my dear. But its okay. I still love you." Delphi giggled while Caesar pulled her closer to himself by her waist. She smiled against his gentle lips.
"Mmm. Well that's good." She smacked her lips together softly. "Your lips taste like raspberry."
"I'd love to try your raspberry pie. Its a good thing I'm not allergic." He winked and kissed her nose.
Delphi bit her lip sensually. "I don't know which way to take that." She returned the wink.
"I could show you a sneak peek." Caesar winked playfully, tugging on her bottom lip with his teeth.
The Ravenclaw whimpered again playfully, with a pout. "You tease me. One day I'll make you regret all these times you've teased me." Her eyebrows bounced on her forehead. "Maybe that day should be today." Leaning in her took his lower lip into her mouth greedily and hungrily. Caesar began walking his fingers up Delphi's sides a fair distance and squeezing back down. Delphi released all hold of her boyfriend and fell backward onto the grass. She was laughing and gasping for breath. Her chest heaving quickly, she had to push a hand over her heart to keep it from escaping its confines.
She looked up at her boyfriend. "You're so mean to me." A smile couldn't be kept away from her lips.
